Taylor began her YouTube career by making ASMR videos with her mobile phone. Shortly after hitting 50,000 subscribers within a month of posting her first video she was featured in a video about gaming produced by PewDiePie. Taylor's Youtube channel had reached 100,000 users within two years. Taylor ceased to produce videos, and then put them up on her private. She cited technical issues, new equipment malfunctions, and the fact that she became overwhelmed by the attention she received from her fans. Following a long hiatus of about a month and a few months of making new videos, she started again, including the very famous ASMR 10 Triggers to help You Sleep (35 million views by August 2022). ASMR 20 Triggers to Help You Sleep, a series of videos aimed at Sleeping was released in July of 2017 and was followed by more than 38 million users. When she reached 1 million YouTube subscribers, she included in a Shane Dawson interview in August 2017. Wired UK reported that in February of 2019, she was earning 1,000 dollars per day by advertisements on her YouTube channel

Dennis Helfer (born in Donalda, Alberta) and Elaine Helfer (born in Donalda, Alberta), were his parents. Her birthplace was in Donalda, Alberta, Canada. Parents are Dennis and Elaine Helfer. She studied at William E. Hay Composite High School located in Stettler, Alberta. Her three sisters, Tammy, Tara and Trena resided and worked on their farm with her family.
